I rather enjoyed this episode as well. It was fun to get away from the epic-ness that was 4x15 and 4x16, but while still having these hints from what's going on in the rest of the season and what their real lives are. Things like Dean saying 'Sammy' and Sam saying that 'in his blood' line. Although, after this fun escapade (as much fun as it was to see a Prius-driving, salad-eating Dean and a oversharing, Tech-Support Sam), I can't wait to get our REAL Sam and Dean back.
I liked this episode so much because it was like having the old SamnDean back. Well, minus the part that they don't know each other.

The way they both swung at the ghost all in synch was the perfect touch! It was so much fun to see them so excited about a case. Also entertaining was to see them so scared! Dean's cornered look when the ghost almost had him, and Sam's freaked-out "call you back" line when the guard was cut in half were priceless!
Plus, a BONUS Ghostfacers appearence! And a new angel! I'm curious to see if he comes back or not... Also, the guy who plays Zachariah also played the Sheriff in 'Scary Movie', so it was hard to take him seriously at first cuz I just couldn't stop giggling after I realized what he played in.
Although I've watched this episode twice now, I'm still not sure whether Sam was all part of the illusion or if he too was de-amnesia-fied like Dean was when Zacharia touched him, but we just didn't see him come back to being himself. Are we supposed to disregard everything Bizzaro!Sam might have said in this epi because he wasn't actually real? I'm still not sure. But if Sam
was real, I'm wondering if he'll be able to remember what happened too, like Dean. Hope this gets adressed somewhere down the line. Hmm...

BWAH!

Hahaha!!
