Apparently, in the final sweeps episodes in April (namely episodes 19-22), there is a somewhat big death in the pipeline. Not only that, it is someone who is close to Sam and Dean.

Who do you think it could be? Post your thoughts here!

I said Adam, mainly because I know he'll be in one episode, but I have this sinking feeling that it COULD be Bobby (oh please no!) because he's the only one left close to the Winchesters. Enough for there to be impact, that is (and what an impact that would be!).
If Adam DOES turn out to be an actual Winchester brother, I guess it would have HUGE significance, but we don't know him at all, so we'd be less emotionally attached.
I'm still totally freaked, though. Don't let it be Bobby!

If Adam dies, I wouldn't really consider that a "big" death. If he had been around for a season or more, then it would be a huge deal to see him go. There's only one person who can hold the title of having a "big" death, and only be in one episode...Jessica. (I'm not counting "What Is"...b/c the entire thing was a dream sequence).

When I was listening to Crossroads i thought it would be bobby. But now thinking about it I think it could be Ruby.
Only cause I believe this would be awesome character develpoment for Sam.

Ooooo, I'm really curious why! I mean, besides the fact that Bobby dying would be a perfect and a very plausible way to get the evil!Sam ball rolling...

I think Bobby's death would get Dean angry. As said in the first ep of this season Dean said 'Your pretty much a father to me'
If we think back to season 2 after John died for Dean (which I think might happen for Bobby. Bobby allowing himself to die so Dean doesnt and can stop dooms day) anyway Dean got angry and became very both guns blazing.

In fact, between us here, I think it's going to. I honestly think Bobby is going to. He's the only one close to both Dean and Sam. And I think it's time.

It will never be time for Bobby Singer to die.
But if it does happen, I can SO hear "Carry On Wayward Son" playing over and over in the background.

Just think about how this death could change and impact the brothers.

Seriously, if that's what's going to jumpstart Evil!Sam, I wouldn't blame Sam for doing it. Not at all. Not that I would whether Bobby dies or not, but man, it's be justified. First, Pam, then (speculatorily [is that even a word?]) Bobby. Heck, you could go back to Mary and Jessica, if you wanted.

Or maybe it'll put some of the fight back in Dean. The kick in the butt he needs to stop the apocalypse, if he IS the only one that can stop it.

Still, I don't even want to contemplate it. (But I still am, aren't I? *sigh*) If the show goes down that route, they better give him a gosh darn amazing sendoff!

Yep I think it will be Bobby also! Unless they really want to screw with our heads and bring Ellen back and she is the one that will die. I know we haven't seen her in the last two seasons but she was close to both of the boys. Just my thoughts here!

I know I really dont want it to happen but it makes sense. And we all know with SPN that the dead sometimes come back, fingers crossed
