Just a reminder to everyone that the new mini series Harper's Island debuts this week and features Supernatural alumni Jim Beaver (Bobby), Katie Cassidy (Ruby, season 3), and Dan Gauthier (Mandroid guy from Nightshifter, season 2)!!

The show debuts right after Supernatural goes off, on CBS.

Damn, I am so gonna watch it. Love me a murder mystery and especially this kind!

You know, I just saw a trailer for H.I. coulpe of days back, and it was NOT what I was expecting... in the best of ways! Becuase it actually looks better than what I imagined. I can't wait! Only thing I'm wondering about is if it's going to be at the same time as SPN or Smallville when the hiatus ends... I hope not! I'd love to be able to watch it to the end!

It is supposed to air after CSI on Thursdays (10pm) which would mean AFTER Supernatural. But it depends on the network... and they can be, y'know, a****....

Oh, another SPN-relation: The girl from "Wendigo" is on Harper's Island, too. Haley... I think was her role name.

Anyway, going back to watch the show. Nice so far...

Oh that's right! Was she the one who played the groom's best friend? She seemed familiar to me for some reason, but I don't know if it's because she played Haley in SPN.

It's amazing the amount of people that have been in Supernatural that play in this miniseries... it was nice seeing Katie Cassidy again as well as Dan Gauthier! He played in Smallville too, so he's been around a lot lately. And Jim Beaver was great!

Harper's Island was a really intriguing premiere... The mystery, the intro (with the whole "people died here years ago and now, more are going to" or something... creepy!), the gore. Well, I'm sure Ty would have LOVED more gore, but when the guy on the bridge you thought was getting stabbed was actually getting ripped in half... blech. Nice touch. I'm so excited that it plays after Supernatural, too. When SPN and Smallville come back on Thursdays, I'll have three consecutive hours of shows to watch: SMV at 8:00, SPN at 9:00, and H.I. at 10:00!

Throughout its duration, Harper's Island will be airing at 10 EST, 9 CST, coming on right after Supernatural, and will air on CBS with the final episode airing on July 2.
