"My endgame's much better than that."

Discuss the fifth and final season of Supernatural here

"My endgame's much better than that."

The above quote was given by Azazel/Yellow-Eyes in the revelatory season 4 episode, "In The Beginning." But I think it sums up the season 5 endgame for Supernatural.

Discuss your thoughts on what Supernatural's endgame will be.

Well, I don't know about the finale for s5  but I'm thinking that perhaps this season will deal with how Sam and Dean will repair the rift that is surely to come in the last few episodes of season 4 with this Sam vs Dean. Because it seems that the seals business is going to be brought to the forefront in the s4 finale, so that whole storyline is gone by then-- Possibly wrapped up in the first few episodes of s5.

I really don't know how they're gonna top the friggin apocalypse (!!!) but if anything can do that, the intricacies of the brother's relationship can! And I'm sure they're going to have quite enough issues to iron out of their clothes after the bloody battle's over.

 I just had a thought. The 5th season of SPN will have a 100th episode, right? I mean the 100th episode of SPN overall, counting all seasons. I remember watching Smallville's HUGE 100th episode in it's 5th season... and I can't WAIT for SPN to tackle that! The big 100.

Counting now... s1's 22 episodes, s2's 22 eps, s3's 16 eps, s4's soon-to-be 22eps, and saying s5's 22 as well, that makes 104 episodes in total! So 5x19 is the one to watch out for... (As if every episode so far hasn't been mind-blowing anyway  )
