Given what we know about this episode, what do you think?

i think i solved the dean problem from what i have heard about the upcoming episodes. not only dose it solve the dilemma of deans death but would allow Jensen Ackles to continue the role of dean. here is what i've heard is in the episode.
1.) a demon with the power to claim a persons soul after they commit suicide
2.) dean standing in a demon trap holding a gun
3.) some type of contact with papa winchester( may be fake)

ok, so lets say that dean is doomed to become a demon when he dies. what if something he learns from his dads communication gives him leverage against the soul stealing demon. he then places himself in the trap and kills himself releasing his soul giving the demon the chance to claim it before anyone else. dean then becomes a demon but is stuck in the trap. since he is now a demon he would have no choice but to posses his own body since its the only one he can get to. at this point all the contingencies of the contract will have been met since he died and lost his soul. then sam uses the leverage and forces the soul stealing demon to return deans soul into the demon possessed body making dean a demon with a soul allowing him to remain somewhat human( just like the whole vampire with a soul in angel) and there you have it, all problems solved without breaking the contract, Jensen Ackles would still be playing dean, and what better motivation for the other demons to go after dean and sam more then ever.

I think the episode looks ok. Kind of cheesy but ok like another "Hollywood Babylon" which went both ways for me when I first saw the promo. I just hope Eric and the gang aren't running out of ideas already to use for the ULotW because this is kind of what I'm starting to see with this episode, even though I'm sure that's not the case.
